iPhone Unlock
Unlock a Spanish Carrier iPhone
Spain's four networks each have their own listing, and Spanish devices are common across Latin American resale channels because of shared model numbers.
Last reviewed 2026-10-26
Spain has four main networks with separate unlock records: Movistar, Orange, Vodafone and Yoigo. Each has its own all-iPhone listing, and each applies the Spanish 24-month contract norm.
Listings
- Movistar: all-iPhone listing.
- Orange Spain: all-iPhone listing.
- Vodafone Spain: iPhone, Samsung, LG and generic devices in one listing.
- Yoigo: all-iPhone listing, including the MasMovil-era records.
Note
A Spanish device and a Latin American device can share a model number. If the check reports Movistar, confirm which market — Mexico also has Movistar.Pre-order checks
- 1SIM lock check: confirm the carrier and the country context.
- 2Blacklist check: Spanish carriers report to GSMA.
- 3Pick the Spanish listing by carrier name.
- 4Test with a foreign SIM after completion.

Frequently asked questions
Is Movistar Spain the same as Movistar Mexico?
No. They are separate carrier records with separate listings, despite the shared brand name.
How long is a Spanish contract?
Devices are typically financed over 24 months. An unfinished plan blocks the standard unlock.
Does Yoigo still exist?
Yoigo operates under the MasMovil group. Older Yoigo records still appear on device checks and need the Yoigo listing.
