Apple Locks / API
Run IMEI Checks and Unlocks Through the API
For shops that process dozens of devices a day, the web UI is the slow path. The service API submits the same orders programmatically and returns structured results.

Every service in the catalog can be ordered through the same API the website uses. That makes it possible to wire IMEI checks into an ERP, a sales-flow script, or a repair workshop system.
What you need
- An API key from the account settings page; it is bound to your account balance and permissions.
- The service number you want to call — visible on each service page and in the public service list endpoint.
- A place to store results: the API returns the raw result text plus a status code per order.
A typical flow
- 1Discover services with the public services endpoint (filter by name or tag).
- 2Submit an order with the service number and the IMEI (or serial, or custom field the service expects).
- 3Poll the order status, or subscribe to the result payload if your integration supports it.
- 4Store the raw result text — the parsers change over time, and keeping the original lets you re-parse historical results.
Tip
Check the input type before submitting. Sending an IMEI to a service that expects an Apple serial returns a “not found” error after the charge, not before it.Bulk handling
For bulk work, submit in small batches and track per-order status rather than a single bulk job: partial failures are normal when one IMEI in a batch is malformed. Rate limits apply per account, and result retention follows the order history policy.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a DHRU-compatible endpoint?
Yes — the API settings page lists the DHRU-compatible endpoint in addition to the native one, so existing panel integrations can point at it without code changes.
Does the API support batch submission?
Batch submission is available through the batch page and through repeated API calls; the API is per-order, which keeps failure handling simple.
Where do I find the service number?
On each service page, and in the public service list. The number is stable and is what the order APIs expect.
