How the unlock works

A device bought on AT&T in United States stays tied to that carrier until the contract or instalment plan is settled. The carrier holds the lock in their database; once the record is cleared, the phone accepts any SIM.

This service clears the lock server-side using NCK / MCK / SIM unlock code. Nothing is flashed, nothing is opened, and the device keeps its warranty. You only need the IMEI.

  1. Confirm the Samsung is locked to AT&T (any carrier check service).
  2. Order service #310 and submit the IMEI.
  3. Wait for delivery — usually 1-15 Minutes.
  4. Enter the NCK code when the phone asks for a network unlock code (MCK clears the second lock level).
