Retail User Guide

This manual is for end users and resellers working from the main site. It covers search, ordering, wallet top-up, history, and account tools.

1. Browse and search services

  • Use the top search box to find services by keywords such as Apple, blacklist, unlock, or warranty.
  • Use Favorite, tags, and category groups to narrow the visible service list.
  • Open a service card to review price, turnaround time, input requirements, and cleaned description content.

2. Submit a single order

  • Select a service, then enter the required input such as IMEI, Apple SN, Android SN, email, or custom text.
  • If the service allows free checks, the price area will show the free quota progress before charging starts.
  • For query-style services, the result panel usually returns quickly. For workflow services, the page will guide the user to history after the short processing window.

3. Submit a batch order

  • Open /batch or batch mode to submit multiple values line by line for the same service.
  • The system auto-filters empty lines, duplicate entries, and invalid rows before creating valid orders.
  • Batch history supports field copying, export, column sorting, and reprocess actions.

4. Recharge and billing

  • Open the wallet drawer from the plus icon or balance area to choose crypto or card payment.
  • Crypto invoices show QR code, address copy, countdown timer, and TxID confirmation flow.
  • Billing and funds flow show invoices, ledger movements, payment method, and updated timestamps.

5. History and remarks

  • The sidebar history keeps recent orders for quick review and fast copy actions.
  • Advanced history adds filters for service, status, result matching, and date ranges.
  • Logged-in users can add or update remarks. Guests are prompted to sign in before unlocking remarks and long-term history.

6. Account settings and API

  • Profile lets the user edit avatar, display name, username, preferred language, and account badge details.
  • Security contains password and MFA configuration, including first-time password setup for Google-only accounts.
  • API Settings shows the personal API key, URL endpoint examples, DHRU-compatible endpoint, and usage guidance.
