Admin Operation Guide
This manual is for operators and admins managing suppliers, services, users, orders, billing, rules, and global settings.
1. Dashboard
- Review profits, active users, pending orders, and system alerts from the top KPI cards.
- Use the chart to compare revenue and order flow across 1 day, 1 week, and 30-day windows.
- Check the order distribution donut, top active users, price anomalies, and behavior summary blocks.
2. Orders
- Open the order list to search by order number, user, service, input, result text, or date range.
- Batch actions support Set Completed, Set Failed, Undo Rejecting, Reprocess by API, and Reprocess manually.
- Open an order detail drawer to adjust status, customer remark, admin note, and upstream raw results.
3. Services and suppliers
- Services support drag reorder, tags, input modes, templates, translations, cleanup rules, and per-user pricing.
- Suppliers include URL and DHRU sources, sync tools, gateway endpoints, and test actions.
- Linked supplier costs, thresholds, interval settings, fallbacks, and manual cost controls affect live order routing.
4. Users, groups, billing, and flow
- Users & Groups combines account management, pricing tiers, API enablement, MFA, and balance actions.
- Billing tracks invoices, payment methods, transaction numbers, invoice updates, and reusable payment flows.
- Funds Flow records every balance change for auditability, including order charges, top-ups, and admin adjustments.
5. Settings and rule tools
- Payment settings define Creem, crypto wallets, fees, guest free-check cap, reject timer, and order cleanup retention.
- Support, notification, translation, result template, and rule pool sections control site-wide behavior.
- Rule Pool lets operators import, export, preview, and assign reusable cleanup or content rules to services.
6. Audit and operations
- Audit logs show sensitive admin operations so the team can trace changes made in the backend.
- The analytics block highlights recent user actions, top paths, and popular interaction patterns.
- Use these pages as the source of truth when onboarding staff, documenting SOP, or validating workflow changes.
